Learning at an Insightful Level...Mastery vs. Grades



WORLD HISTORY (B) 

Objective: 
Students will be addressing their academic speaking through public speaking. 

Independent Instruction:
Students will have 18 minutes to address the Close Reading Exercise 

Collaborative Instruction: 
Using Today's Meet, students will then Speak or Share a response.

"Based on what was learned, how can students minimize their use of resources and time. In other words, how can students become more efficient with their academic habits?"



American History (B) 

Objective: Through the investigation of Mid 20th Century American Culture, students will rely on both their abilities to collaborate and remain self - discipline to complete their collaborative exercises. 

Collaborative Instruction:

Option 2: Reading for Analysis - Whyte vs. Mumford - Have Ready by Today.

  • Data to Support your Point of View
Independent Instruction: 

Option 3: Collaborative Project - Lip Sync App (American Protest Song) - Shared By Friday
