World History (B) 

Objective: Students will apply a reading strategy through a graded class assignment.


Guided Instruction: 

Directions will be provided on the Reading & Writing Graded Lesson.

Independent Instruction:


Topic: 18th C. Enlightenment & Political Revolt 


Graded Lesson: Reading Comprehension Assignment 

Hard Copy of Lesson will be provided in class. 


Instructor's Note: Place names of Absent students on Graded Lesson Documents and place in Absent folder. 







American History (B) 

Objective: Students will examine their approach to Reading Primary and Secondary Documents through investigative reading, Collaboration, and writing. 


Independent / Collaborative Instruction:
Practice Lesson: Economic Collapses - Gathering Perspectives

Guided Instruction: - Preparation for Graded Lesson 
  • What is a stock exchange? 
  • How did people react in 1929 & 2009?
  • What statistics should citizens pay attention to in their Personal Finances? 
  • What is the Government's Reaction or Role in the Stock Exchange?
